While Hollywood Frame Gallery provides a secure, climate-controlled facility with 24/7 monitoring, all artwork and items left in our care are handled at the owner’s risk. We recommend that clients maintain their own insurance for high-value items. Our liability is limited to the cost of the framing services provided.

4. Third-Party Referrals

Hollywood Frame Gallery provides referrals for art conservation, crating, and shipping as a courtesy to our clients. We do not perform these services in-house and are not liable for the actions, timelines, or outcomes provided by these independent third-party professionals.
